Are our crystals natural?

Yes! All of our crystals are natural and carefully selected for their quality and beauty. We work with trusted, ethical wholesalers to ensure responsible sourcing.

Will I receive the exact crystal shown?

For most of our crystals, yes - what you see is exactly what you'll receive. Each piece is individually photographed so you know precisely what's coming to you, and this will be clearly stated in the product description.

For a small number of items - such as palm stones, bracelets, and selenite pieces - we intuitively select a piece for you from our collection. Each one is carefully chosen to reflect the same quality and beauty shown in the listing, and again this will be clearly noted in the description so you always know what to expect.

Can I buy crystals as gifts for others?

Absolutely! Crystals make thoughtful, meaningful gifts. You can choose based on the intention for the recipient or simply select a crystal that you feel drawn to for them.

How do I cleanse my crystals?

There are several methods to cleanse crystals:

Moonlight: Place under a full moon overnight
Smoke: Use sage, palo santo, or incense
Sound: Use singing bowls or bells
Water: Rinse under running water (note: some crystals are water-sensitive)
Intention: Hold your crystal in your hands and visualise white light clearing away any negative energy

How do I charge my crystals?

Place your crystals in sunlight or moonlight for several hours, set them on a selenite charging plate, or hold them while setting your intentions.

Can crystals break or fade?

Yes, some crystals are delicate and can chip or break if dropped. Some crystals (like Amethyst and Rose Quartz) can fade in direct sunlight. Handle with care and store safely when not in use.

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 Australia wide - otherwise just $9.95 flat rate, no matter where you are in Australia.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way!
