At Crystal Collective, your satisfaction matters to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your crystal arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will organise a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Change of Mind
While we don't offer refunds for change of mind, we're happy to provide store credit within 7 days of delivery if you're not completely satisfied. The crystal must be returned in its original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Australian Consumer Law
Our policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
