## 3. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products.

As many of our products are natural crystals, gemstones and handcrafted items, variations in colour, size, shape, pattern, inclusions and natural markings are normal and should be expected.

These natural variations are not defects and make each piece unique.

Product images are provided as accurately as possible; however, colours may vary depending on individual screen settings and devices.

We also offer a crystal selection service where crystals may be intuitively or personally selected on behalf of customers. As this service is subjective in nature, personal preferences and experiences may vary.

## 6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to amend pricing, product descriptions or availability at any time without notice.

Should a pricing error occur, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.

## 7. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within two (2) business days of receiving payment.

During busy periods, promotions, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

## 8. Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

The Crystal Collective Australia is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

## 9. Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, you must contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Please provide:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will assess each claim and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

## Consumer Rights Notice
